A Wolf Called Romeo
A compelling story of an unlikely 6 year relationship
with a Black Wolf in the Alaskan outback.
I was born the son of a career diplomat and spent 12 of my first 13 years overseas—first Palermo, Sicily, then Vienna, Austria, and finally Thailand from 1962-67.
My dad was the American consul in Udorn Thani, a forward CIA and special operations base for missions into Laos, and later on, into North Vietnam.
I attended high school in the Washington DC area and graduated in 1977 from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, with a degree in English Literature.
Though mostly raised in cities, I had always dreamed of living in a wilderness setting, and set out for Alaska in 1979. After an 800 mile canoe trip,
I settled in a remote Eskimo village on the upper Kobuk River in northwest arctic Alaska, 200 miles off the road grid. I worked for a hunting guide, managed a trading post,
and then became a schoolteacher to Inupiat Eskimo children in the local school. But my first love was always the seemingly limitless, wild country that surrounded me,
and the creatures that roamed it. In 20 years of living in the region, I travelled tens of thousands of wilderness miles by skiff, canoe, on foot, skis, and snowmobile,
often alone I’m a contributing editor to Alaska Magazine, and on USA Today’s board of editorial contributors.
I currently live on a semi-remote homesite in Southeast Alaska with my wife, Sherrie, and our four dogs.
David Attenborough meets Lemony Snicket in The Big Bad Book of Botany, Michael Largo’s entertaining and enlightening one-of-a-kind compendium
of the world’s most amazing and bizarre plants, their history, and their lore.
The Big, Bad Book of Botany introduces a world of wild, wonderful, and weird plants. Some are so rare, they were once more valuable than gold. Some found in ancient mythology
hold magical abilities, including the power to turn a person to stone. Others have been used by assassins to kill kings, and sorcerers to revive the dead. Here, too, is vegetation
with astonishing properties to cure and heal,
many of which have long since been lost with the advent of modern medicine.
Organized alphabetically, The Big, Bad Book of Botany combines the latest in biological information with bizarre facts about the plant
kingdom’s oddest members, including a species that is more poisonous than a cobra and a prehistoric plant that actually “walked.” Largo takes you through the history
of vegetables and fruits and their astonishing agricultural evolution.
Throughout, he reveals astonishing facts, from where the world’s first tree grew to whether plants are telepathic.
Featuring more than 150 photographs and illustrations, The Big, Bad Book of Botany is a fascinating, fun A-to-Z encyclopedia for all ages that will
transform the way we look at the natural world.

It was always natural for Pam to communicate with the Other Side, not strange. An everyday occurrence in her my family.
Both of her grandparents were gifted as well. As a child Pam would express things that were to come, or what she was seeing,
and no one ever thought anything of it. It was just kind of brushed to the side as a child with a wild imagination.
Later Pam realized it was far more than her imagination. She started to consider that it was God guiding her and talking to her.
Pam Jenkins spent many years in study and training and now assists others in hearing and discovering their own truths.

Animal Communicator & Author Joan Ranquet
Call in for a Free Intuitive Connection on your animal buddy problems and situations. Call: 347-308-8478.
As Joan says on her web site www.joanranquet.com :
I hope to demystify Animal Communication and what an Animal
Communicator or Pet Psychic does.
During an Animal Communication session, I am using telepathy, the transference of pictures, words, and feelings.
I believe telepathy is a skill. I have honed the ability to communicate through lots of studying and years and years as a professional.
You are already using telepathy as well, and probably have had glimmers of awareness about it if not full blown connection.
Often it is challenging to understand – on a deeper level – what is happening because:
a new behavior pops up that we don’t understand;
we want to know how our animal is feeling when they are going through a health challenge and much more.

Paul Selig with Scott Cluthe
Scott Cluthe interviews Paul Selig Tuesday night and talks about his latest book, The Book of Knowing and Worth,
with a Channeled Message for us all from his guides. A Best of P I.
The third in Paul Selig’s popular “I Am the Word” channeled literature series, this extraordinary psychological-spiritual guide
addresses how to overcome low self-worth and claim our true purpose as individuals.
In his third channeled text, Paul Selig—acclaimed author of I Am the Word and The Book of Love and Creation—
brings us his most practical message yet.
Informing us that “you decide what you are worth,” Selig’s spiritual guides take readers through a program
to understand our own inherent worth, and beat the fears that drain our inborn spiritual knowing.
Selig reveals that true understanding of our life’s purpose can be found through “service”
—the practice of the thing that you most love.
Readers can discover their own form of service through this powerful mantra:
“I know who I am, I know what I am, I know how I serve.”
